i personally prefer icons with sharper colour and simpler design but meaningful.

10.ya maybe i would use the vector icons and the pixel had little different compare to the vector so i think i wouldn't use it.
11.ya i will use it because i like your design and the colour quite impressed for me ya is quite well.
